1. Service Description
CapitalTech is a software platform that helps small businesses navigate government contracting. We provide tools for SAM.gov registration guidance, contract opportunity discovery, proposal generation, pipeline management, and agent-assisted support. Our service is informational and assistive — we are not a government agency and do not guarantee contract awards.
2. Account & Billing
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Our Solo plan is $40/month with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use CapitalTech for lawful purposes related to government contracting. You may not use our agent features to generate fraudulent proposals, misrepresent your capabilities, or submit false information to government agencies. You are responsible for verifying and reviewing all agent-generated content before submission.
4. Agent-Generated Content
Our Proposal Agent and GovCon Agent generate draft content to help you. This content is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated proposals and information before submission. CapitalTech is not liable for errors in agent-generated content.
5. Data & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all data you input and proposals you create using our platform. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our services. Our platform code, design, and branding are the property of BeitSystems LLC.
6. Limitation of Liability
CapitalTech is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in contract awards. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
