We use your information to provide and improve our services, including matching you with relevant government contract opportunities, generating proposal drafts, and providing customer support through our agent. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Stripe for payment processing — we never store your credit card information directly. All API communications are encrypted via TLS.
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with SAM.gov (for contract opportunities), Stripe (for payments), and Google (for our agent assistant). Each of these services has their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum information necessary for these integrations to function.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also close your account and we will delete your data within 30 days.
